Terms of Service
Effective for the current product version. By creating an account or using interacty.co.uk (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. interacty is operated from the United Kingdom. Plain language is used on purpose; this is not legal advice, and your organisation should run its own review before relying on the Service.
The short version
- Free: create an account, build with every block, edit manually, and export SCORM 1.2 / SCORM 2004 / standalone HTML, at no cost.
- Paid: using AI generation, publishing a hosted link, or running a live session needs an active subscription or a credit balance.
- Your work is yours. You keep ownership of your content; Download gives you a complete, self-contained copy any time.
- Your data: see the Privacy & GDPR notice, which forms part of these terms.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by the proprietor of interacty.co.uk ("interacty", "we", "us"). Contact: saihisaad.pro@gmail.com.
2. Accounts
You need an account to save work to the cloud, use AI, or host. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and tell us about any unauthorised use. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction; the Service is not directed at children, and learner participants in live sessions are never required to create an account.
3. What is free, and what is paid
Manual authoring with the full block library, previewing, and exporting SCORM or standalone HTML are free with an account. The following are paid features, unlocked by an active/trialing subscription OR a positive credit balance:
- AI generation (drafting projects and blocks from your prompts). AI is metered and spends credits per use.
- Hosting at interacty.co.uk: publishing a shareable link and running live sessions. Hosting is an entitlement of a paying account and does not itself spend credits.
4. Billing, credits, and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in the studio at the point of purchase (currently subscriptions: Starter £19/mo, Pro £49/mo, Studio £99/mo; top-up packs: Small pack £10, Medium pack £25, Large pack £60). Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically each period and include a monthly credit allowance. Subscription credits are valid for the billing period and expire at its end. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the paid period, and we do not claw back credits already granted (they simply expire on their normal schedule).
Top-ups
Top-up credit packs are one-off purchases. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Refunds
Your statutory rights are unaffected. Where a refund is due or agreed, it is issued through Stripe to the original payment method, and the corresponding credits are removed from your balance. To request a refund, email the contact above.
5. Your content and intellectual property
You retain all ownership of the projects, text, and media you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the Service for you: to store, process, render, and, where you choose to publish, host and serve Your Content. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and for ensuring Your Content is lawful. We claim no ownership of Your Content and do not use it to train AI models; the AI providers' API terms likewise exclude training on submitted data.
Community gallery
Submitting a project to the community gallery is opt-in. When you submit, you grant us and other users a licence to display, copy, and adapt that example within the Service. A human reviews submissions before they appear, and you can withdraw a pending submission in-product or ask us to remove a published one.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, host, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or harmful; to host malware or attempt to break the sandbox in which artifacts run; to probe, attack, or circumvent the Service's security or access controls; to resell or abuse AI or hosting capacity; or to publish personal or sensitive data of others without a lawful basis. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this section.
7. Exports and your LMS
Exported SCORM and HTML packages are fully self-contained and make no network calls back to us. Once you download a package, deploying it (for example to your LMS) and the data it processes there are your responsibility; learner tracking flows through your LMS's own SCORM runtime and never reaches interacty. See the privacy notice for detail.
8. AI output
AI-generated drafts are a starting point and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything you generate before you publish, export, or rely on it. Credit charges for generation are shown before you spend them.
9. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis while it is in active development. We may add, change, or withdraw features, and we aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, the Service is provided without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, or £50.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (email us for full account deletion; see the privacy notice for what deletion removes). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to comply with the law. You can export Your Content with Download before leaving.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The effective version is the one published here; continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes affecting paid features will be notified in advance where practical.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
